Complexity and time constraints play the biggest factor in the increase of the price treshold. Should the commission concept be created from nothing, or should it be formed by loose ideation as well as the project having a close deadline, the price will inevitably increase.
Are you able to create the narratives in which the characters/environment would exist in?
Yes, however Pagi requires for there to be atleast some loose inspiration he can take note of, price may increase aswell due to the added workload of creating the very context these concepts would exist in.
